Katikati Toy Library

Welcome to the Katikati Toy Library website. Our family-focused community facility offers more than 600 toys that are guaranteed to delight, entertain and keep children busy from birth right up to the age of 10. We believe early play is so important – it is how children learn a range of cognitive and physical development skills and form the start of their educational journey. Our range of safe, educational, fun toys and resources are carefully chosen to inspire and promote creative and active play for Kiwi children – especially preschoolers. The library collection has something to interest every child – outdoor toys, water toys, wheeled and ride-on toys, garden toys, plus a massive range of indoor toys including puzzles, games, Duplo, activity centres, train sets, TV character toys, electronic toys, animal and farm-themed toys, DVDs, dress-up costumes, puppets, art sets and much much more! We also offer a party pack with a roller coaster toy – ideal for keeping youngsters entertained at birthday parties or family events. And we loan a range of practical baby items such as bouncers, monitors, Bumbo seat, and more. So please do join us! We have a range of membership options that will enable you to loan toys for your youngsters to aid their learning and development, enhance their social skills, entertain them, and make precious memories for your family.
